Pasta salad with roasted peppers, cherry tomatoes and smoked chicken.

Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package. Drain and rinse with cold water.

Meanwhile, toast the almond shavings in a frying pan without oil or butter in 3 min. Golden brown.

Cut the crusts from the bread and soak the bread for 2 minutes in the milk. Squeeze out and put in a bowl.

Add the moisture from the pot of peppers, half of the peppers, finely chopped garlic cloves and half of the almond shavings.

Puree with the hand blender and season with salt and pepper. Mix the sauce with the pasta.

Cut the chicken and the rest of the peppers into strips. Mix with the halved tomatoes through the pasta salad. Sprinkle with the rest of the almond shavings.
