Remove the stem set of the green beans, but leave the tip. Cook the beans in 7 minutes until al dente.

Meanwhile, heat the grill pan without oil or butter. Grill the tomatoes for 4 minutes until black spots appear. Times regularly.

Chop the shallot very finely. Beat with the honey, tarragon, vinegar and oil into a dressing.

Pour the green beans. Scoop the dressing through. Season with pepper and salt. Put the tomatoes on the beans.
