Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Arrange the zucchini with a peeler in long strips.

Roll out the pizza dough on a cutting board and cut into 8 equal, wide strips. Split the egg. Mix the protein with crème fraîche and horseradish and season with freshly ground pepper. Brush each strip of dough with the mixture. Divide the zucchini and salmon slices.

Roll the dough and lay the rolls loosely against each other in a circle on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Beat the yolk loose and brush the top of the dough with it. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake the bread in the oven in about 15 minutes. Sprinkle before serving with chopped dill.
