Directions

  1. Place the slices of beet on a large flat dish or single plates and sprinkle with the spring onions.
  2. Beat the balsamic vinegar with the olive oil, salt and pepper and drizzle the beets with it.
  3. Divide the pieces of herring and rocket over the beets and serve immediately.
