Remove the slice of dough from the packaging and remove the plastic sheet.

Place a sheet of parchment paper on a cutting board and place the dough on it.

Stir in the egg yolk and brush the frozen dough with the egg yolk.

Grind the almonds coarsely in the food processor and sprinkle over the slice. The dough is already slightly cold, but still firm.

Cut it with a knife into 5 or 6 strips (per slice). Place them slightly apart on a baking tray covered with parchment paper. Let rest for 15 minutes.

In the meantime, preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Put the baking sheet in the oven and bake the breadsticks in 20 minutes until done and crispy.
