Directions

  1. Split 2 of the eggs. Beat 4 eggs with the milk, icing sugar and cinnamon in a large bowl.
  2. Beat the 2 proteins with a pinch of salt in another bowl until stiff peaks.
  3. Spoon the pieces of bread through the eggs and then gently scoop the egg whites through.
  4. Heat the butter in a large frying pan with non-stick coating and pour in the egg mixture.
  5. Let the omelet on low setting with the lid on the pan solidify in about 8 minutes.
  6. Turn the omelette over with a flat lid or plate and bake the other side for another 2 minutes.
  7. Serve in points with jam.
