Broccoli sirloin with prawns
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, onion, garlic, olive oil, risotto rice (pack a 400 g), fish stock, broccoli, crème fraîche (125 ml) and Dutch shrimp (a 100 g).

Peel and chop onion and garlic.

Fry onion and garlic for 2 minutes in oil.

Add risotto list and fry until granules shine.

Add bouillon tablet and 900 ml of water and bring to the boil.

Roast rice in 20 min.

Clean broccoli and divide into small florets.

Cut the stalk into pieces.

Cook broccoli in 4 min.

Drain broccoli and cook through cooked rice.

Crème fraîche and 2/3-part shrimp with rice scoop and 1 min.

Replant the rice in a bowl and garnish with the rest of the prawns..
