Red cabbage with gingerbread, chocolate and fried honey chicken

Heat the oil and fry the onion for about 5 minutes.

Add the chicken spices and fruit for another minute.

Add the coals with a pinch of salt and simmer for a moment. Pour in 100 ml of water and simmer the coals with the lid on the pan for about 1 hour at a low setting. Use a flame distributor when cooking on gas.

Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Place the chicken in an oven dish. Mix the chicken herbs with the orange peel, honey and butter and rub the chicken around.
