Crab skewers with colored rice


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, cucumber, quick-boiled rice (pack a 400 g), soup vegetables (a 1 kg, frozen), surimisticks (a 150 g), fresh dill (15 g), garlic, Greek yoghurt (a 500 g ), sugar and olive oil.

Directions

  1. Cucumber and grate cucumber.
  2. In colander mix with 1/2 el salt and leave for 5 minutes.
  3. Rinse with cold water and let it drain thoroughly.
  4. Rice in plenty of boiling water with soup vegetables and salt to taste in about 10 minutes.
  5. Cast off.
  6. Meanwhile, cut surimisticks in half and string them on skewers.
  7. Dill finely.
  8. Put cucumber in a bowl.
  9. Peel garlic and finely press cucumber.
  10. Mix half dill, yogurt, sugar, salt and pepper to taste and 3 tbsp oil.
  11. Cover the grill pan with the rest of the oil and grate the skewers in turn.
  12. Rest dill and stir to taste salt and pepper with rice.
  13. Spread the rice and skewers over 4 bowls, add the sauce separately..
