Duck breast fillet with Mediterranean salad
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, duck breast fillets, fresh mint (15 g), Mediterranean salad (couscous with white cheese and olives) (400 g AH), cherry tomatoes (à 250 g) and liquid honey.

Slice of duck breast fillets with sharp knife crosswise to almost cut into meat.

Cook a generous frying pan and fry duck breast fillets with skin side down for about 7 minutes on medium heat.

Fill the filets and bake for about 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, cut fresh mint and mix with Mediterranean salad.

Wash cherryto and divide with salad on two plates.

Remove duck breast fillets from the pan and stir the honey through the remaining roasting liquid.

Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper, cut into slices and put aside salad.

Give honey gravy over meat and salad..
