Prepare the mashed potatoes according to the instructions. Mix 2 pressed cloves of garlic and 1 tbsp. curry powder.

Divide the head of iceberg lettuce into quarters, remove the stumps and cut the leaves into narrow strips. Spoon the slares through the mash and let the whole warm up while stirring. Add pepper and salt to taste.

Remove the pan from the heat source and scoop the cheese cubes through. Sprinkle the dish with the crispy onions.
