Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.

Slice the basil. Spoon the ricotta with the oil and half of the basil. Season with the nutmeg, (freshly ground) pepper and salt.

Drain the pasta, store 1-2 el of cooking water. Halve the tomatoes. Spoon the pasta with the tomatoes and the oil.

Divide the pasta over plates. Spoon some ricotta and sprinkle with the rest of the basil.
