Tilapia with basil sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, olive oil, potato pieces with skin (spiced (a 425 g)), broken green beans (frozen), tilapia fillets (fish), fresh basil and crème fraîche (125 ml).

Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in frying pan and a-part to brown and oven-cooked according to instructions.

Fry green beans in 8-10 minutes.

Cook until tender.

Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in another frying pan and cook tilapia on both sides for 8 minutes.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

With a hand blender of residual oil, remove basil (4 leaves) and make crème fraîche sauce.

Divide fish over plates and add basil sauce.

Serve with a-parts and beans.
