Prepare the pancake mix with the milk and eggs in a smooth batter according to the instructions on the package. Stir in the carrot.

Heat a dash of oil and stir-fry in the wok vegetables for about 5 minutes. Stir in the tuna and season with salt and pepper.

Heat a little oil in a frying pan and fry pancakes in the batter. Heat the oven grill.

Spread the tuna mixture over the pancakes and sprinkle with half of the grated cheese. Roll up the pancakes and place them side by side in the oven dish.

Mix half of the spring onions with the crème fraîche and season with pepper. Divide this mixture over the pancakes.

Sprinkle with the rest of the cheese and do not grate 4-5 minutes too close under the oven grill until the cheese is melted and lightly browned. Sprinkle before serving with the rest of the spring onion.
