Veal schnitzel with zucchini
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, white rice, courgettes (about 600 g), uncooked veal schnitzels (about 400 g), salt and pepper, Parma ham (about 70 g), sage leaves (from Italian herb mix bag `20 g) , culinary (squeeze bottle of 500 ml) and white wine vinegar.

Directions

Cook rice according to instructions.

Wash and clean courgettes and cut into slices.

Cut the schnitzels into 2 slices, sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Prepare cutlets with ham.

Sage sage leaves with a cocktail stick.

Fry 50 ml of culinary heat in frying pan.

Cut cutlets with salad side down for approx.
-
2 minutes, turn and bake for about 2 minutes.

Meanwhile in casserole rest of culinary heat.

Zucchini in approx.
-
5 minutes.
-
Season with salt and pepper.

Remove cutlets from the pan.

Add vinegar and 2 tbsp water to frying fat and stir up loafs.

Serve schnitzels with rice, zucchini and gravy..
