Spanish wok dish with broad beans
Cook deep-frozen garden beans for about 2 minutes or fresh broad beans for 3-4 minutes and drain them.
Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and fry the chorizo for 2-3 minutes.
Add the pointed pepper, onion, potatoes and broad beans and stir-fry for about 4 minutes.
Add the thyme and meat broth. Heat until the meat broth has almost evaporated.
Put the tomato strips through and sprinkle with the parsley.
