Kale soup with white beans and ham
Meal soup with onion, paprika, kale, cumin, cannellini beans and smoked ham.

Cut the onion into half rings. Remove the seeds from the pointed peppers and cut the flesh into strips.

Heat the oil in a large soup pot and fry the onion with the cumin and paprika powder for 2 minutes on medium heat. Add the pepper and cook for 2 minutes.

Add water and bouillon tablets and bring to the boil. Add the kale and bring back to the boil. Let cook for 10 minutes.

In the meantime, cut the ham into strips and let the beans drain.

Add the beans and ham and heat for another 2 minutes.

Serve the soup in bowls. Bon appétit! .
