Plaice with lemon and orange
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, butter, potatoes (700 g), plaice fillets (or 8 small fillets, approx. 500 g), orange, lemon juice (vial a 115 ml), vegetable mix broccoli, green asparagus, snow peas (Party product of AH Excellent *, 200 grams) and fresh chives (a 25 g).

Fry 25 g of butter in frying pan and cook until tender and brown in about 15 minutes.

Spread the scholfilets with salt and pepper.

Season the orange and brush out 2 tablespoons of zest.

Squeezing orange.

In frying pan melt remaining butter and add orange peel and lemon juice.

Pour the fillets into frying pan and cover them on low heat in 8 min.

Of gray dumplings (small fillets 2 x 4 pieces in 4 min.).

Prepare vegetables according to instructions.

Grind chives.

Remove plaice from pan and keep warm in aluminum foil.

Add orange juice to cooking liquid from fish and reduce it on high heat.

Place the fish on four plates and pour the cooking liquid over it.

Sprinkle fish with chives.

Serve with potatoes and vegetables..
