Broccoli spaghetti


A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, broccoli, spaghetti (chilled vegetables (a 250 g)), olive oil, anchovy fillets (tin a 46 g) and garlic (pressed).

Directions

  1. Cut the broccoli into small florets, peel the stem with a peeler and cut into cubes.
  2. Boil the broccoli in salted water for 7 minutes until al dente.
  3. Cook the spaghetti al dente according to the instructions on the package.
  4. Store 50 ml of the cooking liquid.
  5. Heat the oil in a frying pan or saucepan, spoon the anchovies and the garlic.
  6. Heat on medium heat until the anchovies fall apart and the garlic begins to lightly color.
  7. Spoon the broccoli.
  8. Warm everything well, pour the cooking liquid from the pasta until it becomes a smooth whole.
  9. Season with salt and (freshly ground) pepper.
  10. Spoon the broccoli anchovy mixture through the warm spaghetti..
