Chicken drumsticks with lemon potatoes
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, potatoes (scrubbed), lemons (halved), olive oil, garlic (pressed), red pepper (seed strips removed), dried oregano, chicken drumsticks and red onions (in parts).

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Cut the potatoes lengthwise into thin slices and spread them over the roasting pan. Put the half lemons in between. Mix 3 tbsp oil with 1 clove of garlic and drizzle the potato parts and lemon. Sprinkle to taste with salt and pepper. Bake the potatoes in the oven for about 30 minutes.

In the meantime, finely chop the red pepper. In a bowl, mix 3 tbsp oil with the rest of the garlic, red pepper and oregano. Pour the mixture over the chicken drumsticks, sprinkle with salt and leave to marinate for 10 minutes. Heat a frying pan and fry the chicken drumsticks on high heat around golden brown. Add the onions, reduce the heat, add 100 ml water and place the lid on the pan. Cook the chicken in 20 minutes until done.

Remove the roasting pan from the oven. Divide the chicken drumsticks over the potatoes and put in the oven for about 10 minutes. Squeeze some juice from the lemons over the potatoes and the chicken. Tasty with snow peas.
