Pasta with mushroom-minced meat sauce

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan and fry the minced meat in a griddle and cooked. Stir the onion rings through the minced meat during baking. Sprinkle everything with salt and pepper. Remove the minced meat and the onion rings from the pan.

Heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in the pan and fry the mushrooms quickly until crispy and light brown. In the meantime, cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the packaging.
