Directions

  1. Mix the garlic with the honey, 2 tablespoons oil and tabasco. Brush the chicken with it.
  2. Heat the rest of the oil and fry the chicken around light brown.
  3. Add the tomatoes with juice and lemon juice and simmer for about 25 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, cook the rice and the green beans. Serve the chicken. Garnish with red onion if necessary.
