Broccoli with garden peas and mint
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: broccoli florets (300 g), butter, orange zest (from peel), garden peas (frozen) and fresh mint (finely chopped).
Cut 1 bag of broccoli florets (300 g) into small florets.
Melt 25 g of butter in a pan and scoop 1 tbsp grated zest of an orange with the broccoli and 200 g of garden peas (frozen).
Add 75 ml of water with salt and pepper to taste and cook in 8 minutes al dente.
Spoon 2 tbsp finely cut fresh mint..
