Salad of grilled peppers with goat's cheese

Preheat the oven to 200ºC.

Halve the peppers and remove the seed lists. Spread the peppers on a baking sheet and distribute the to them. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and rack for about 20 minutes in the middle of the oven.

Allow the peppers to cool down on a large plate. Crumble the goat cheese over it and drizzle the salad with the vinegar, other olive oil and basil leaves. Season with salt and pepper.
