Cut the stalk of the red pepper. Halve the pepper in the length and remove the seeds with a sharp knife. Cut the pepper into thin strips.

Slice the garlic. Cut the broccoli into florets. Cook them for 3 minutes and drain.

Heat the olive oil in a stirring stir fry the red pepper, garlic and broccoli 3 min.

Add the spinach in 2 parts and allow to shrink. Drain and scoop in a bowl. If necessary, season with salt.
