Ingredients
Directions
-
Preheat the oven to 175 ºC.
-
Grease the baking tin and sprinkle with the flour. Line the bottom with baking paper and grease.
-
Break the chocolate into pieces. Put a pan on low heat and let the butter and chocolate melt. Stir frequently.
-
Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the sugar mixture, caster sugar and vanilla sugar.
-
Stir in the flour and salt through the chocolate mixture. Add the eggs with stirring 1 for 1.
-
Spoon the batter into the mold and smooth it. Put the oven dish in the middle of the oven and bake the brownie for 30-35 minutes until done.
-
When the inside of the brownie is nice and smooth, the brownie can be removed from the oven. Allow the brownie to cool for about 30 minutes.
-
Cut off the sides, put a grid on the mold, turn around and pour the brownie onto the grid.
-
Remove the baking paper and let the brownie cool down further. Cut the brownie into 16-20 squares.
