Preheat the oven to 175 ºC.

Grease the baking tin and sprinkle with the flour. Line the bottom with baking paper and grease.

Break the chocolate into pieces. Put a pan on low heat and let the butter and chocolate melt. Stir frequently.

Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the sugar mixture, caster sugar and vanilla sugar.

Stir in the flour and salt through the chocolate mixture. Add the eggs with stirring 1 for 1.

Spoon the batter into the mold and smooth it. Put the oven dish in the middle of the oven and bake the brownie for 30-35 minutes until done.

When the inside of the brownie is nice and smooth, the brownie can be removed from the oven. Allow the brownie to cool for about 30 minutes.

Cut off the sides, put a grid on the mold, turn around and pour the brownie onto the grid.

Remove the baking paper and let the brownie cool down further. Cut the brownie into 16-20 squares.
