Directions

  3. Knead with cold hands into crumbs.

  6. Knead until a smooth dough.
  7. Add some ice cold water if necessary.
  8. Form a ball, cover with cling film and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  9. Sprinkle the worktop with flour and roll out the dough to a diameter of about 30 cm.

  11. Prick holes in the soil with a fork.

  16. Remove the beans and the foil and cook for another 5 minutes.

  19. Gently sprinkle 45 g of almond shavings and the cranberries.
  20. Spoon the mixture on the bottom and sprinkle with the rest of the almond shavings.
  21. Fry in 35 minutes until golden brown.
  22. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if necessary..
