A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: buttered pastry (frozen), almond paste, eggs (whipped), lemon juice, whipped cream and flour to pollinate.
Preheat the oven to 210 ° C. Cover the baking tray with baking paper. Sprinkle puff pastry and allow to thaw in 10 minutes. In a bowl, separate almond paste with a fork and knead 1 beaten egg with lemon juice and whipped cream until everything is included and the food is deliciously smooth.
Spray the work surface and the rolling pin with flour. Paste slices of puff pastry on top of each other and roll out with the rolling pin into a thin, long piece of approx. 16 cm wide and 70 cm long.
From the almond paste a role, which is slightly shorter than the dough. Place the food roll in the middle of the dough. Fold both sides of the dough piece around the food and moisten and seal the seams with some water. Seal the ends as well.
