Whip the whipped cream with a whisk or hand mixer not stiff, but so thick and lumpy that whipped cream just runs off the spoon.

Rinse the glasses with hot water and distribute the soft sugar and whiskey over it. Pour in the coffee and dissolve the sugar while stirring.

Hold the spoon with the convex side upwards just above the glass and pour or pour the whipped cream carefully into the glass with your other hand.

Dust the whipped cream with cocoa powder.
