White chocolate cake with orange cream
A tasty recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: white chocolate (in pieces), butter, eggs (split), orange liqueur (liqueur), cornstarch, powdered sugar, oranges (scrubbed), cardamom, cinnamon and whipped cream (250 ml).

Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.

Bring a layer of water to a boil in a pan.

Put the chocolate and the butter in a metal bowl or smaller pan and hang it over the boiling water.

Make sure the pan does not touch the water.

Allow to cool slightly and whisk in the egg yolks and liqueur.

Add the cornstarch and half of the icing sugar with a spatula.

Fold the chocolate mixture lightly through the egg whites.

Put the batter in the spring form and fry the cake in the middle of the oven for 20 minutes until done.

Grate the orange zest of 1 orange.

Press out both oranges and reduce the juice to 1 tbsp with the grated skin, the cardamom and the cinnamon.

Allow to cool.

Stir in the cream with 25 g of icing sugar and beat it with the mixer almost stiffly.
