Directions

  1. Boil the potatoes in 20 minutes.
  2. Boil the sprouts for 6 minutes. Drain and rinse cold water. Halve the sprouts.
  3. Grate the zest of the lemon and squeeze the fruit. Heat the oven grill.
  4. Mix lemon zest with lemon juice, curry sauce or tomato paste, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper.
  5. Brush the rib chops with this marinade. Roast the ribs for 12 minutes in a grill pan or under a hot grill. Turn them around regularly.
  6. Drain the cooked potatoes. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, the sour cream and salt and pepper and make puree.
  7. Spoon the sprouts through the hot mash and heat for a moment. Serve with the pork chops.
