Beat the egg with the coffee cream airy and frothy. Mix the flour, caster sugar, lemon zest and ½ tsp salt in a large bowl.

Add half of the egg mixture and 2 nipples of lemon juice. Mix everything together well.

Cut the margarine and butter into slices and add to the flour mixture. Knead well and knead the mixture into a ball.

Preheat the oven to 170ºC. Press the dough ball firmly into the greased form.

Brush the dough with the rest of the egg mixture and carve a diamond pattern in the dough with a knife.

Bake the butter cake in the middle of the oven in about 45 minutes until golden brown and done.
