Finely chop the pure and white chocolate.

Roast the sesame seeds in a frying pan without oil or butter in 3 min. Golden brown. Let cool on a plate.

Fold a cornet of baking paper.

Melt the pure and white chocolate au bain-marie in separate pans.

Place a piece of baking paper on a cutting board and scoop up the dark chocolate in circles with a diameter of 6 cm. Put 1 skewer in each circle.

If necessary, add some dark chocolate so that the skewer is covered with chocolate. Fill the corn with the white chocolate and decorate the lollipops.

Decorate with the sesame seeds, nuts, cranberries and raisins. Leave to harden in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Bon appétit! .
