Easy to make and to take with you in the bread bin. Healthy snack with oatmeal, coconut, raisins, cranberries and more.

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 160 ° C.
  2. Melt the coconut oil on low heat in a saucepan and remove from the heat.
  3. Split the eggs; the egg yolks are not used.
  4. Mix the oatmeal, coconut, raisins, cranberries, sesame seeds, almonds and sea salt in a large bowl.
  5. Add the coconut oil, protein, honey and fruit spread.
  6. Line the baking tin (or a baking dish) with baking paper. Put in the oatmeal mixture, put a sheet of baking paper on it and press firmly.
  7. Leave to cook in the oven with the parchment paper in about 40 minutes. Remove the baking paper and bake golden brown in approx. 10 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely in the mold. Cut into 16 strips.
