A tasty Dutch recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, cabbage lettuce, radishes, rillettes of tuna (paté 125 g), mustard, white wine vinegar and mayonnaise.

Directions

  1. Release, wash and dry lettuce leaves.
  2. Clean radish and cut into slices.
  3. Mix in tuna with mustard, vinegar, mayonnaise and 3 tablespoons of water.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Spread lettuce and radishes over four plates.
  6. Making tuna dressing in the middle..
