Watercress salad with red grapes and smoked chicken


A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: poultry, shallots, red wine vinegar, seedless red grapes, extra virgin olive oil, watercress (75 g) and smoked chicken fillet.

Directions

  1. Cut the shallots finely.
  2. Put them in a bowl, add the vinegar and let the dressing marinate for 5 minutes.
  3. Halve the large grapes, leave the small whole, and scoop them through the dressing.
  4. Add the oil and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Remove the thick stems from the watercress and divide the lettuce over 4 large plates.
  6. Scoop the grape dressing over it.
  7. Cut the chicken fillet into thin slices with a sharp knife.
  8. Divide them over the salad, season with (freshly ground) pepper and serve immediately..
