Preheat the oven to 180ºC.

Blanch the cabbage leaves for 1 minute in plenty of boiling water with salt and rinse them cold. Let it drain well. Put a slice of bacon on each cabbage leaf.

Cut the sausages in half and press them a little flatter. Put a piece of sausage on each slice of bacon.

Sprinkle with rosemary and roll the coals around the meat. It does not have to be a completely sealed package. If necessary, stick with a skewer.

Place the rolls in an oven dish and sprinkle with the olive oil. Bake in about 20 minutes until done.

Serve 2 rolls per person and sprinkle with pine nuts and pepper to taste. Delicious with risotto or rice.
