A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, fresh leeks.

Directions

  1. Cook the noodles al dente according to the instructions on the package. Put in a colander and rinse with cold water.
  2. Heat the oil with the curry powder and fry the beef balls in 15 minutes until golden brown and done.
  3. Heat the oil in a stirring fruit the Bumbu spice 1 min.
  4. Turn the heat high, add the wok vegetable and leeks and stir fry 4 min.
  5. Add the noodles, tonkatsu sauce (from the box with wok vegetables) and bean sprouts. Heat up for another 2 minutes.
  6. Spoon the noodles into 4 bowls or deep plates and spread the beef balls over it.
  7. Wash the leeks and cut into thin rings.
