A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, fresh leeks.

Cook the noodles al dente according to the instructions on the package. Put in a colander and rinse with cold water.

Heat the oil with the curry powder and fry the beef balls in 15 minutes until golden brown and done.

Heat the oil in a stirring fruit the Bumbu spice 1 min.

Turn the heat high, add the wok vegetable and leeks and stir fry 4 min.

Add the noodles, tonkatsu sauce (from the box with wok vegetables) and bean sprouts. Heat up for another 2 minutes.

Spoon the noodles into 4 bowls or deep plates and spread the beef balls over it.

Wash the leeks and cut into thin rings.
