Shawarma With Pointed cabbage And Couscous
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, (Moroccan) couscous (250 g), onion (chopped), red pepper (in strips), olive oil, (lamb) shoarma meat and sliced cabbage (a 200 g).

Bring 425 ml of water to the boil.

Stir in couscous from the heat and let it cook for 5 minutes with a lid.

In the wok onion and bell pepper in oil, stir-fry for 3 minutes.

Add shawarma meat and on high heat stirring brown in 4 minutes.

Add pointed cabbage and stir-fry for another 4 minutes.

Unscrew Couscous and create on two plates.
