Turkey with walnut sauce and rice
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, olive oil, saffron (a 0.05 g), wok vegetables coarsely chopped (a 400 g), yellow rice (325 g), cinnamon powder, meat broth (from tablet), walnuts (100 g), onion (chopped ), apple syrup and turkey breast à la minute.

Mix 1 tbsp oil and saffron in a small bowl and leave to stand for a few minutes.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in deep, large pan and stir-fry vegetables for 5 min.

Stir in rice, half of saffron oil and cinnamon.

1 1/2 dl stock and leave the rest in the rice and bring to the boil while stirring.

Put the heat low and leave to cook with a lid on about 15 minutes.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Meanwhile, mince walnuts.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in the saucepan and gently fry for 3 min.

Add remaining saffron oil, walnuts, apple syrup and reserved stock, bring to the boil and boil for 5 minutes on a high heat.

Spread turkey with salt and pepper to taste.

Fry 1 tbsp oil in a large frying pan and brown and brown in a gentle manner.

Add walnuts sauce and simmer for another 2 minutes.

Spread turkey and rice over 4 plates..
