Pour boiling water over the shredded coals and let the coals drain well.

Spoon the cabbage, peppers, spinach, chopped basil and half of the red peppers.

Mix the ingredients for the dressing and add the rest of the red peppers. Season with salt.

Scoop the dressing through the salad and sprinkle with leaves of basil.
