Melt a knob of butter in a soup pot and fruit and garlic over medium heat.

Then add the lentils, the tomatoes, the vegetable stock, the carrots, the cabbage, the celery leaves and the bay leaves.

Bring to the boil and add a dash of red wine.

Let the soup simmer for 15 minutes and season with salt and pepper.

Spoon the soup into ovenproof bowls.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

Place the slices on the counter and cut out a star from the 4 leaves.

Stick the stars on the 4 other leaves.

Cover each soup bowl with a slice of puff pastry.

Stick them with a little water if necessary.

Beat the egg and spread the puff pastry with the egg.

Put the bowls in the oven and bake the puff pastry in 20 minutes brown and crispy.
