Salad with pear and walnut
Airy salad with peppers, hand pears and walnuts.

Peel the pears, cut into quarters and remove the core. Cut the parts into slices lengthwise.

Cut the peppers into pieces.

Chop the walnuts coarsely. Chop the onion. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 3 minutes. Add the walnuts and cook for 2 minutes.

Pour in the red wine and balsamic vinegar and cook for 1 min. Season the dressing with salt and pepper.

Divide the lettuce over the plates, put the pear and paprika on top and sprinkle with the dressing. Season with pepper.
