Cabbage wraps with vegage chop, cucumber and radish


Healthy wraps of Chinese cabbage with ginger, vegage chop, soy sauce, cucumber and radish.

Directions

  1. Bring a large pot of water to the boil. Take 2 nice leaves per person from the coal and cook them in parts in 2 min.
  2. Rinse with cold water, drain and pat dry with kitchen paper.
  3. Peel and grate the ginger. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the vegage chop and the ginger for 4 minutes on medium heat.
  4. Season with the soy sauce and turn off the heat.
  5. Meanwhile, halve the cucumber in the length and cut into slices (if necessary, remove the seed lists with a teaspoon). Also cut the radish into slices.
  6. Spoon 1/8 of the minced meat mixture, add some cucumber and radish to the firm part of the coals and roll to half. The sides may remain open.
  7. Make 7 packages. Serve the rest of the vegetables as a salad.
