Spread the slices of tomato all around with 2 tablespoons of oil and grill until nice grill stripes appear.

Then place the slices of tomato on a piece of aluminum foil on the side of the grill.

Place the slices of mozzarella on them and let them melt.

Mix the remaining oil with the garlic and brush the slices of bread with this garlic oil.

Grill the bread around on the barbecue.

Carefully pour the tomato mozzarella slices onto the bread.

Drizzle with extra olive oil.

Sprinkle with salt, pepper and basil.
