Crostini with shallot, bacon and anchovies
A tasty Italian recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: meat, shallots, olive oil, bacon (in strips), sundried tomatoes on oil (in pieces), anchovy fillets (in pieces), garlic and bread.

Shallot and halve the shallots.

In frying pan with non-stick coating in 1 cup of oil, bake on low heat for 3 minutes.

Add the shallots and fry 3-4 minutes.

Stir in the tomatoes and anchovy fillets and simmer for 3-4 minutes until they are finely cooked.

Squeeze the garlic over the rest of the oil and stir well.

Spread bread on both sides with garlic oil and roast crispy brown in a grill pan.

Cut crostini diagonally in half and lay on four plates.

Create scallop mixture.

Spread Crostini over four plates..
