Roast the almonds in a dry, hot frying pan until golden brown.

Cut the cooking pears into very thin slices and spread them over 4 plates. Stir in the honey with the balsamic vinegar and drop over the pears.

Cut the camembert into 12 cubes and place them on the pear. Sprinkle with pepper and the roasted almonds.
