Melon custard with ginger
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: galia melon, ginger balls (pot a 240 g), white custard (pack a 1 liter), ginger juice (pot) and whipped cream (a 500 ml).

Halve melon, remove seeds and peel.

Cut melon meat into small cubes.

Cut ginger into small pieces.

Mix the custard with ginger, half of whipped cream, melon and ginger (keep 4 pieces off).

Garnish with a tuft of whipped cream and chunks of ginger.

Serve immediately..
