Sorbet ice cream from moscato d'asti
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: Moscato d'Asti (dessert wine, 750 ml), sugar, lemons (pressed) and white pitloe grapes.

Heat 200 ml of wine in a pan and roast sugar in it. Give the rest of wine and lemon juice in a plastic freezer. Give warm wine and mix it in frozen freezer at least 6 hours freeze. After 2-3 hours, as the wine mixture begins to freeze light, stir every hour with a fork to prevent excessive crystallisation (eventually a soft ice mass develops with small crystals). Or prepare sorbet ice cream in an icemaker according to the instructions for use of the appliance.

Wash and halve grapes. Divide half of it over four sections. Add sorbent ice cream with ice cream scoop or spoon-dipped in warm water. Garnish with the rest of grapes.
