Boil the carrots in a pan of water in 5 minutes until al dente. In the meantime, finely chop the coriander leaves.

Drain the carrots in a colander. Heat in the same pan the chili sauce and the lemon juice 30 sec. on low heat.

Stir in the carrots and coriander.
